01. Do you have catalogs?

Yes. We have leaflets,
product grade tables and many other materials.
For inquiries, please contact our sales representative.

02. Can I have a sample of your product?

Yes. If you contact us regarding a specific product and/or for information about a product’s treatment and disposal, we will send you a sample for free.

03.Will you explain your product to me?

Yes. Our sales representative will visit you or talk with you online, whichever you prefer, to carefully explain our products.

01. How should I ask for an estimate?

For inquiries, please contact our sales representative.

02. Do you have a rough estimate of the price?
Do you have a price list?

No, we do not have a price list.
We will provide an estimate for each product.

03.What about shipping expenses?

Usually, estimates include shipping expenses.
If shipping expenses have to be paid separately, this will be stated in the estimate.

04.How long will it take from ordering to
the delivery deadline?

Usually, it is two weeks or less,
but it depends on the quantity of your purchase.
If the product you want is out of stock, we can do things that will suit your needs.

05.What are the minimum lot requirements?

The standard minimum lot is 10 kg (paper bag), though it depends on the product's grade.

06.How is your product shipped?

Product is shipped in 10 or 20 kg kraft paper bags or 500 kg flexible container bags.

01. Can the rate of expansion, the ash content and other properties of TEG be changed on request?

They can be changed to some extent.

02. Are there any hazards when handling TEG?

No. TEG is not a hazardous material.

03.What is TEG used for?

Specifically, TEG is used in materials such as flame retardants for different types of rubber and resin for construction materials and heat-resistant materials for automobiles.Recently, TEG is expected to be used in semiconductors, 5G-related components and other heat
dissipation applications.

04.What does it look like?

It is a dark gray powder.We are able to provide a sample.

05.How does it affect the environment?

TEG contributes to the achievement of a sustainable environment as TEG-based products are able to reduce environmental impact and, in some applications, are categorized as environmentally friendly products.

Basically, TEG will not deteriorate. But we recommend that you use it within the first six months.
