TEG can be divided into standard items and special items depending on how it is used and what it is used for.
Standard products involve heating TEG to expand it, and they are suitable for use as a graphite sheet.
Standard products contain a small amount of the acid that is used to manufacture TEG.
As long as it is used appropriately, there are no problems with TEG.
Special products are neutralized and their pH is within the neutral range so that they will start expanding at a higher temperature than the standard products.
They are suitable for use in a fire spread prevention sheet.
Using our patented technology, this grade of TEG starts expanding at a higher temperature.
Classification of graphite
Graphite is divided into naturally derived and artificial types. The former can be further divided into flaky, massive and amorphous types of graphite.
The type of graphite that is obtainable depends on where it is mined. Our TEG is manufactured from graphite imported mainly from China and Canada.
How TEG is made into a product
Import naturally derived graphite from graphite manufacturers in countries such as China and Canada.
Manufacture TEG at Air Water's plant in Wakayama.
Sell it to a component manufacturer.
Then the component manufacturer sells a processed product to a product manufacturer.
The product is completed.
